TAXATION:

Belize International Business Companies are exempt from the Belize income tax, from tax on dividends, interest, royalties, compensations and other amounts paid by a company; also they are exempt from all the capital gains, estate, inheritance, succession or gift tax with respect to any shares, debt obligations or other securities of the Belize IBC’s.

AUDIT AND FINANCIAL RETURNS:

Whilst there is no requirement to file audited accounts or annual returns with the authorities, a company is required to keep financial records, which should reflect the financial position of a company.

MEETINGS:

The directors and the shareholders meetings need not be held in Belize; also there is no requirement for an Annual General Meeting. All meetings may be held outside Belize, by telephone or other electronic means. Alternatively, directors and shareholders may vote by proxy

This is a comprehensive package. It includes our in-house professional directorship and business administration service. The business administration service includes a Belize Street address and fax number for the company, handling of commercial documents and correspondence, and a basic consultation for one year.

The $ 1350 Premium Incorporation Package Includes the following:

• Belize IBC formation with all primary documents.
• The company registration fee to the Belize government ($100).
• A set of copies of the primary documents certified by Notary and Apostille for international use.
• Registered agent service for one year.
• Corporate directorship service for one year.
• Shareholder service for one year.
• Business address, fax, mail and document management service for one year.
• Basic consultation and advice for one year.
• Delivery of the original corporate documents by courier.

The bank account introduction is not included in this package. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in jurisdictions of their own choice. Our professional fee for a bank account starts at $250. A number of selected offshore banks are available.

The annual management fee for this package is $1000, starting from the 2nd year. This includes the Belize government annual license fee, the annual undertaking fees for the registered agent, shareholder, directorship and business administration and basic consultation for 12 months.
